"Chic in Motion", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Chic in Motion boutique in San Antonio, Texas. "You" means anyone using our site or purchasing from us.

You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse our content, or resell our product listings without permission.

• We try to display each item's colors, fabric, and fit as accurately as possible, but small variations are normal.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund an order if a listing is inaccurate.
• Inventory is limited and shared between our online shop and our in-person location.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after we accept payment and send an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Square.

The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chic in Motion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
