Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Chic in Motion.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date (or from the in-store pickup date) to start a return.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging when possible

Final sale items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased at a promotional discount of 30% or more

Refund method

Approved returns are refunded as store credit good toward any future purchase online or in-store. Store credit does not expire.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

How to start a return

  1. Email Chicinmotion18@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions, or bring it to our in-person location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your store credit is issued within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend a tracked shipping method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
