Every order is packed by hand from our San Antonio boutique. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- USPS Ground Advantage — $6 flat rate, 3–5 business days after processing
- Free shipping on domestic orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates from USPS and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or severe weather.

Local to San Antonio? Choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip shipping. Pickups are available at our storefront:

We'll email you when your order is ready — typically the same day or next day.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us at Chicinmotion18@gmail.com and we'll help track it down. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, Chic in Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships.
